How To Do The AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge


With the rising popularity of the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge many people are wondering how to do it and how to get started. Here are easy to follow directions on exaclty how to do the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge.

Step 1: The first thing you will need to do is order the 24 Day Challenge Bundle

Step 2: The first 10 days of the Challenge are the Cleanse Phase which helps cleanse your body of toxins and prepare it for optimal nutrient absorption. In most cases you will see some weight loss in this phase as well.

The Cleanse Phase includes the Herbal Cleanse drink, Spark, and Omegaplex.  Many people also like to add in Catalyst and Meal Replacement Shakes.

There is a specific routine to follow when doing the Cleanse Phase and also recommended foods to eat and foods not to eat, since some foods will aid in cleansing.

Step 3:  The final 14 days are the Max Phase which is all about losing weight while adding energy and also controlling your appetite.
